Digital Product Notice

StockCentral is a Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) application delivered entirely online. There are no physical products shipped, and no shipping fees of any kind.

How You Receive StockCentral

When you subscribe to StockCentral:

  1. Installation is instant. Click "Install" in the Shopify App Store or use your direct install link. The app is available immediately in your Shopify admin under Apps → StockCentral.
  2. No shipping required. StockCentral runs in your browser. There is nothing to download, mail, or wait for.
  3. No physical materials. All documentation, support, onboarding, and resources are delivered electronically via email or in-app.

Account Activation

  • New subscriptions activate within minutes of payment confirmation
  • 14-day free trials activate immediately on install — no payment required upfront
  • Existing customers who upgrade or downgrade plans see changes take effect at the start of the next billing cycle

Delivery of Communications

We deliver service-related communications via:

  • Email to the address associated with your Shopify store owner account
  • In-app notifications within the StockCentral dashboard
  • Shopify admin notifications for billing and subscription events

International Availability

StockCentral is available globally to any merchant operating a Shopify store, subject to:

  • Compliance with Shopify's Acceptable Use Policy in your region
  • U.S. export controls and trade sanctions (we cannot service customers in countries restricted by OFAC)
  • Local data residency requirements (our servers are located in the United States)

Service Interruptions

If a service interruption affects your access to StockCentral, see our Refund Policy for credit eligibility. We do not issue refunds for delivery delays, since there is no physical delivery.
