Digital Product — No Physical Returns

StockCentral is a Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) subscription. There are no physical products to return. This policy explains how refunds work for our subscription service.

Free Trial — Risk-Free

Every plan begins with a 14-day free trial. No credit card is required to start. You can cancel anytime during the trial without being charged.

Monthly Subscriptions

Monthly subscriptions are billed every 30 days.

  • Cancellation: Cancel anytime through the app or by emailing support@stockcentralerp.com. You retain access until the end of your current billing period.
  • Partial-month refunds: We do not refund unused portions of a current billing month after a charge has been processed.
  • Service interruption credit: If an outage exceeding 8 hours affects you in a billing period, contact support@stockcentralerp.com for a prorated credit.

Annual Subscriptions — 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee

Annual subscriptions are billed once per year and include 2 months free compared to monthly billing.

  • First 30 days: Full refund available. If StockCentral isn't right for you within 30 days of your annual billing date, email support@stockcentralerp.com and we'll refund 100% — no questions asked.
  • After 30 days: Prorated refunds may be issued at our discretion for service-related issues.

How to Request a Refund

  1. Email support@stockcentralerp.com with the subject "Refund Request"
  2. Include your shop domain (e.g., yourshop.myshopify.com) and the reason
  3. We respond within 2 business days
  4. Approved refunds are processed within 7 business days to the original payment method (Shopify Billing or Stripe)

What's Not Refundable

  • Setup fees or one-time charges (currently none, listed for future)
  • Custom development or integration work agreed upon outside the standard subscription
  • Charges incurred more than 60 days before the refund request
  • Subscriptions terminated by us for violation of our Terms of Service or Acceptable Use Policy

Cancellation vs. Refund

Cancelling stops future charges but does not automatically issue a refund for past charges. Request a refund explicitly if you want both.

Disputed Charges

Please contact us before initiating a chargeback with your bank or card issuer. Chargebacks issued without first contacting us may result in:

  • Immediate account suspension
  • Loss of eligibility for future use of the Service
  • Forfeit of any prepaid subscription credits

We resolve nearly all billing concerns within 2 business days when contacted directly.
